MXora Email Send Check

Connection problems

Every connection status a site can show, and how to fix it.

In your EmailSendCheck.com account on the Email checks page, the Website Connection column, shows a badge for each site. Click it to see the exact problem, which matches one of the headings below. After fixing it, click Retry connection (up to 5 times an hour for each site). Problems marked Warning are usually temporary or part of setup. Failed means something is blocking the connection and needs fixing.

Many problems come from a firewall or security plugin. See Our bot and IP address for what to allowlist.
